The analytic services and products provided by Lyscale Riskgrade are the result of separate activities in order to preserve the independence and objectivity of each analytic process. Each analytic product or service is based on information received by the analytic group responsible for such product or service. Lyscale Riskgrade has established policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received during each analytic process.

Lyscale Riskgrade Gradings
Analytic services provided by Lyscale Riskgrade Grading Services (“Grading Services”) are the result of separate activities designed to preserve the independence and objectivity of ratings opinions.Gradings issued by Grading Services are solely statements of opinion and not statements of fact or recommendations to purchase, hold, or sell any securities or make any other investment decisions. Accordingly, any user of such Services should not rely on any such grading or other opinion issued by Grading Services in making any investment decision. Ratings are based on information received by Grading Services. Other divisions of Lyscale Riskgrade may have information that is not available to Grading Services. Lyscale Riskgrade has established policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received during the Grading process. 

Gradings Services receives compensation for its gradings. Such compensation is normally paid by the participating practitioners. While Lyscale Riskgrade reserves the right to disseminate the grading, it receives no payment for doing so, except for subscriptions to its publications or  its electronic platforms. The analytic services provided by Lyscale Riskgrade Risk Suites are the result of separate activities designed to preserve the independence and objectivity of each Lyscale Riskgrade analytic process. Lyscale Riskgrade has established policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information received during each analytic process. 


Lyscale Riskgrade Methodologies, Techniques and Research
The equity research reports and recommendations provided by Lyscale Riskgrade Research are performed separately from any other analytic activity of Lyscale Riskgrade. Lyscale Riskgrade Research has no access to non- public information received by other units of Lyscale Riskgrade. Lyscale Riskgrade does not trade on its own accounts.
